The following figure shows the analysis and solution workflow of the system that is generated by Performance Insight for Oracle (PIO). With the help of this tool, it is possible to reduce the time spent by the consultant to resolve the problems to a great extent.

Consultation

1. We get requests from clients about their problems. We coordinate the extraction of the problems and their solutions.

System Analysis: 1st Phase

1. Our consultants will install Performance Insight for Oracle (PIO) in order to analyze the client systems and we will ask the clients to test it to know about the use of PIO.
2. The current status of the client system will be indicated by a diagnosis report and then we will work on the problems to provide the solutions.
3. Run Oracle's Light Tuning

System Analysis : 2nd Phase

1. After Light Tuning, generate one more diagnosis report of the client's system
2. Compare this report with the diagnosis report generated before Light Tuning and confirm that there has been an improvement.

DB Tuning

1. We will estimate the DB tuning required for the problem
2. Run DB tuning
3. We will ask the clients to purchase the PIO, stating that PIO will be useful for them to analyze system performance in future
4. We give assurance for PIO's regular diagnostic reports and for our support
